I like everything about it-great service for that money!

For the money, it was a decent place. The neighborhood was safe and the motel was close to downtown activities. Parking was free and well lit. Motel exterior looked nice,
The bathroom light would not stay on. The carpet needed replaced several years ago. The light above the table was too harsh to read under. There was a gap under the main door. All and all, I would pay a little more if these items were repaired/replaced.

definitely the price, and the fact that i could get it at the last minute.
did not like the ice and soft drink machines outside our room -- couldn't keep the door open as the machine made noise and people would periodically come to the machine for ice: we are "greenies" and prefer to have the door / windows open for air instead of AC.

Be careful! I booked this hotel with Booking and paid 50$, but the reservation on the hotel website would have cost me just 38$!!!! For 50$ this hotel is really not worth. The staff is terrible, the rooms are not clean...even the pool is really dirty. Try something else, it's full of other accomodations on the same street in Ukiah.

The room was not what I had booked. The wallpaper and paint was pealing. The staff was not helpful in resolving issues.

It was clean, safe, economical, centrally located, essentially just what I wanted!

Was close to everything with a lot within walking distance. The rooms were decent size with nice tables and chairs.
They were swapping out furniture and the movers were noisy early in the morning.

We liked the Price. Under 40$ to stay right downtown, right by the brewery and some nice places to eat. It suited our needs for that particular evening perfectly.
Everything about the place met or exceeded my expectations.
